Shipping terms

All orders are going to be processed within 2 business days from the moment we receive the payment in full. Please note that delivery times vary for all products and are listed with each product individually. 

Due to the nature of certain products being custom made, delivery times can be excessive and are being dictated to us by our crafter/manufacturer/distributor – we encourage you check delivery/lead times carefully to avoid later dissatisfaction with our services.

We do understand that our products are mainly meant to be gifts therefore we are providing you with an option to ship the product without any price indications (invoice is not being sent with the product). The invoice can be sent by e-mail to the purchaser while the product is being sent separately to the receiver. Such service is treated as extra by shipping companies therefore an additional fee shall apply upon checkout.

Please be informed that certain products have existing limitations as to the locations they can be sold to (prohibitive local/state/country and certain import laws/limitations). In order to help our customers in choosing the right product for the location, we have introduced a ‘ship to location’ pop-up selection screen upon entering our website. This location can be changed at any time during the shopping process at the top right corner of the website. Please note: if the destination has been changed after the product has been put into the shopping cart - you may get prompted with a message upon check out that this product cannot be delivered to the selected location. In such cases we urge you to remove the indicated product to finalize your purchase or alternatively start the purchasing process from the beginning with the correct destination selected first.

Shipping costs involved are displayed upon checkout and are provided to you directly by participating shipping organization without any mark-up from our side, to give you access to our corporate discounted rates. These rates are being calculated based on dimensions/weight/destination/import fees basis using automated calculators of the shipping company. 

We do not ship items to P.O Box addresses as all our deliveries have to be signed for.

We shall always do our best to deal with all related shipping aspects, including customs clearance, providing you access to our wide range of quality products all over the world without the cross-border hassle involved. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that most product categories are being handmade or/and made with individual personalization, we do not operate a return policy on any of our products on offer. Refund or exchange is not facilitated either due to the same reasons as outlined above.

However, your satisfaction is our primary concern, therefore in the very unlikely event of your dissatisfaction with the quality of the product (i.e. product is not working/operating properly) please contact our customer service department via e-mail at info@businessclassgifts.com for further discussions as we will treat such cases on individual basis.

In cases when the product arrives broken/damaged, it has to be identified directly with the shipping company upon receipt of the product prior to signing/accepting the delivery. These unfortunate events have to be dealt with directly between the shipping company and the receiver of products as the shipper bears full responsibility for safe shipment of the parcel.
